Washington Registered Agent Service:

$65 a year for top quality registered agent service. No hidden fees, no forwarding fees. Cheapest in Washington.

Out of State Business Registration:

$365 plus home state certificate fees. We’ll get you registered in 2-3 days. Price includes:

• all Washington state fees to register your business with the Washington Secretary of State.
• first year of registered agent service.
• UBI number.
• getting a current certificate of good standing from your home state.

Home state certificate of good standing fees are fairly inexpensive:

New LLC or Corporation:

$365 price includes first year of annual registered agent service and all state fees. Filing is done in 2-3 days. We provide you a fill-in-the-blanks LLC operating agreement or corporation bylaws template, drafted by a Washington state attorney.

Master Business License:

$125 plus state fees, if any. We will file your Washington Business License application for you the same day and provide you the confirmation and receipt so you can get your business started right away. Actual license comes in 1-2 weeks in the mail.

Federal Tax ID Number:

$50 if you have a social security number, $200 if you don’t. We obtain your Federal tax Id number (employer identification number) from the IRS.

Certificate of Existence:

$70 includes state filing and expedite fees. We will obtain your Certificate of Existence (Good Standing) in a couple of days.

S-Corp Election:

$50    Available as an option with our business formation services. We will file with the IRS to classify your LLC or corporation as S Corp status for taxes.

Contractor Registration:

$925 includes all Washington state fees for the Washington Secretary of State filing, Master Business License, Department of Revenue, Contractors Board and Labor and Industries registration. We will prepare and email you various forms for your notarized signature, and when we get your surety bond and insurance certificate back from you, walk it into the Contractor Board and obtain a 30 day temporary license the same day. You’ll receive an email notification so you can download the temporary license from your online account immediately. The hard copy Washington Contractor Registration comes in the mail in about 30 days. We can make your company fully compliant in as little as 3 days. If you’re a contractor and don’t want to hire us for all this, you can just use our registered agent service also.

Washington Virtual Office:

Use our established address with your own, unique suite number for your business cards, advertising, etc. and have your business mail forwarded to you digitally (scanned and uploaded to your online account) the same day it’s received for $19 per month. You’ll also get business phone service with a Washington phone number to forward calls, texts, and voicemails to your existing personal number as well as a legal office lease to help establish a physical presence and more.

Washington Mail Forwarding:

Receive a unique suite number at our established Washington address to use for your business. Your company’s mail will be received and scanned into your account the same day it’s received, all while you protect your personal address, and establish a physical business address in Washington.

Nominee Service:

$3000 a year includes normal signing procedures. $75 per hour for extra signing, contractual needs, research, or representation. $125 an hour for travel representation for contractual duties.
