Washington Bar Requirements For Service of Process
Washington Bar Requirements – Service of Process
We provide registered agent service for Washington lawyers who need to appoint a registered agent for service of process to keep their bar license active. Many lawyers in Washington State pay our modest fee to keep us listed as their registered agent so they would not have the embarrassment of getting served personally at their law firm.
We keep your information confidential, and if you ever receive a complaint or service personally, your firm won’t have to know about it unless they are nosey or you tell them. If you receive a complaint, you should be able to tell your firm when you’re ready, not the minute a process server walks into your office.
We provide Washington registered agent service for new lawyers and attorneys that have just passed the bar and might not have a physical address in the state . Our service is just $65 a year to act as your registered agent. We also can act as agent for your clients if you have any with needs before you get your practice set up in Washington State.
You can cancel at any time. Renewals are always $65. You’ll receive an invoice at the end of your year of service. Any service of process or official notifications are uploaded to your online account immediately and you’ll receive an email asking you to log in and download your documents. We can forward originals as well if you so desire.
