Master Business License:
$125.00 plus State fees, if any. We will file your Washington Master Business License Application for you the same day. You'll get a file stamped application. Actual license comes in 1-2 weeks in the mail.
$50.00 We will obtain your Federal tax id number (employer identification number) with the IRS. If you don't have a social security number, it's $200.00.
$70.00 We will obtain your Certificate of Existence (Good Standing) in a couple of days. Includes State filing and expedite fees.
S-Corp Election:
$50.00 We will file with the IRS to Classify your LLC or Corporation as S Corp status for taxes.
$925.00 Includes all Washington State fees. Includes Washington Secretary of State, Master Business License, Department of Revenue, Contractors Board, Labor and Industries registration. We will prepare various forms for your signatures, get them back from you, walk into the Contractor Board and obtain a 30 day temp license the same day, and email to you. The hard copy Washington Contractor Registration comes in the mail in about 30 days. We can make your company fully compliant in as little as 3 days. If you're a contractor and don't want to hire us for all this, you can just use our registered agent service also.

Mail Forwarding Service:
Flat rate Washington Mail Forwarding Service for your business mail. Mail is scanned and uploaded to your online account or forwarded by regular mail. You pay $150 quarterly ($50.00 per month) for once a week mailings. If you want more frequent mailings we charge $240.00 for twice a week, $480.00 for 3 times a week, $720.00 for 4 times a week or $960.00 for 5 times a week.
Washington Virtual Office:
Use our established address for your business cards, advertising, etc. and have your business mail forwarded to you by regular mail or scanned and uploaded to your online account for $50.00 per month. You pay $150.00 quarterly. If you want more frequent mailing, the price is the same as for our mail forwarding service.
Nominee Service:
$3000.00 a year includes normal signing procedures. $75.00 per hour for extra signing, contractual needs, research, or representation. $125.00 an hour for travel representation for contractual duties.
